Cut more than half of the friends list. I've never done a friends cut before, and doing so seriously sucks the life out of you. To those cut, please remove me from your list. I'm really sorry; I swear it's nothing personal. No hard feelings, yeah? To the people still here, thank you for still taking the time to give me the attention I don't deserve. Those of you who didn't comment on the post below but are still on the friends list, you've either been kept because:

• I think of us as close friends
• I remembered your posts to be interesting

... though to be honest, the main reason was that my OCD prevented me from doing anything else unless I kept the number of friends I had at an even number (20). Love you guys all the same!

I watched The Dark Knight at Town Centre yesterday with Kelly (it was her birthday party) and a bunch of people I didn't know. She invited like ... people from five other schools. And I'm not exactly known for my social skills, so I'm really tired and social-ed out right now. Things basically went like this:

'New friend': Hi Inggrid!
Inggrid: ... Huh. Huh. Huhuhuhuhuh. Huh ha ha. Haaaai. (← sounded exactly as typed. )
'New friend': You're my new best friend, 'k? (← a nice, trustworthy, well-intentioned, friendly smile)
Inggrid: OMG THIS IS SO TIRING *turns away*
'New friend': !!!!

I must've seemed like such a cold, aloof bitch to everyone there; or extremely awkward, at least. AAAAARRGGHH BUT I SWEAR I'M NOT I NEED LOVE TOOOOOO!

In all seriousness, my retardation in socializing can be a big pain in the ass. I'm always thinking about how to react to this or that situation because IT DOESN'T COME NATURALLY TO ME and I care too much about what everyone else might think. Annoying, but unfortunately consistent traits of mine. I wish I could (and should) be like Nike and 'just do it'—or at least 'be myself' (because I'm such a great, wonderful human being!)—but God. It's so hard sometimes!

In any case, I think I've used up my yearly quota of 'outgoing' in that one day. Huge gatherings obviously aren't my thing.

But the film itself is really, really good. I hate to add another 'WONDERFUL! A++! TWO THUMBS UP! ★★★★" review onto the already humongous pile, but the film deserves them. Aaron Eckhart and Heath Ledger were especially breath-taking, though Christian Bale was great eye candy. And whoaomg at the action scenes and ~explosives~ They blew up a whole hospital, a genuine Lamborghini, a pencil (LOL JOKER), various mobsters, half of Aaron Eckhart's face (seriously good job, make-up crew!), etc., etc. Plus it was an intelligent action movie; really made you think about human nature and compassion. How rare are they nowadays? Definitely the movie to see for this summer.

Booooo to Heath Ledger dying. I wanted to see a TDK 2.

I plan on using this journal for some really personal entries thus all the ugly RL userpics so I'll most likely some of you interest-wise. I've already deleted my old entries, and I'm planning on purging all of my friends list except for some close exclusives—you know who you are—but if you're still interested in reading this crap excuse I call a journal, then you're more than welcome to comment and save your spot on the friends list.

I know this is hardly fair, since I'm the one who's been inactive all this time, but if I want a fresh new start, I feel this needs to be done.  Thanks for your readership and love, guys; you've been awesome.

Alright I am remaking this post cuz I was a moron last post! XD I forgot several things actually. I am hosting a image poll opinion and I need you (Haragen fans!) to help me create the next new layout for this community! I got plenty of Web layouts I being wanting to try but the only thing stopping me is a good image. Since I only kept up with the lastest chapters (not the actual artwork for FMA) I decide to host a little contest.

Now before we begin, sadly because I am poor I can't afford to give anything. XD So there are no prices for this part of the contest however there is no need to draw or write anything. All I am asking of you guys is to post your favorite Haragen image, whenever it was a scene, piece of art from the artbook or even a cover of the manga in this post! After about 4 days, I will lock this topic and allow the rest of the mods and the owner herself to pick three of their favorite images you guys posted. After we picked the three who will be selected, it is YOUR turn again to vote!

You will pick 1 of the 3 images that will be include in the vote. Whoever images wins, I will be making a layout as a price, for them! *This only includes for the 3 images get picked* (For free of charge!) ;D whenever it is for your site or LJ, just please don't ask me for MySpace or another Blog online, I don't know if the coding all work the same everywhere. And of course your favorite image will be on top of Haragen community! ;D


Rules are simple and I only ask for 3 things!
1. Please NO black/white images. Color only. (If you want you can even recolor a scene yourself and submit it!)
2. NO spoilers images. Not all of us have kept up, but even if you have, its not nice. =/
3. And of course the easiest of all, ONLY Manga related images. (But that's a given!) XD
